I’ve had people tell me my music is tantric. I used to smile and not quite know what to say. I think what they meant is this: there’s a pull in it. A build. A release, and then another build. Tension and surrender, again and again, until something in the room lets go of something it didn’t even know it was holding.

I’ve watched it happen time and time again. In basements, in warehouses, in temples, in fields. People arrive as themselves and somewhere in the day/night they cross into something larger. I don’t take credit for that. The music creates the conditions. The environment helps.

You do the crossing.

This June, I’d like to invite you to a crossing.

A full weekend. 85 acres in the Berkshire Mountains. A forest, a fire, a body of water cold enough to wake something up in you. And a room with a sound system built for exactly this kind of night.

I’ll be playing live.

Unscripted.

Until the room finds what it came for, as long as that takes.

For as long as humans have gathered, there has been this: a fire, a beat, a night that changes the people who let it. People who said yes before they knew what they were saying yes to. People who trusted the pull.

That act of trust. That leap. Is itself the threshold.

This weekend begins there.

We do this because we’re evolving. We do this because we’re expanding. We do this because something in us already knows it’s time.

I don’t know exactly what will happen.

That’s the point.

What I know is that the land is extraordinary, the sound will be extraordinary, and the people who say yes to this will be exactly the right people to say yes to it.

Capacity is small. Intentional.
