TOMORROW. LA

Tomorrow. Los Angeles. Come be with us.

There are shows, and then there are gatherings. Tomorrow night is the latter, and the difference matters more than we often pause to acknowledge.

We live in an era that has perfected the art of connection at scale while quietly hollowing out the thing itself. We follow each other, we like each other, we stream each other, and somewhere in all of that frictionless exchange something essential goes missing. The warmth of a room. The particular electricity of people who have chosen, on a specific evening, to be in the same place at the same time. The look across a crowd that says: I see you, and I am glad you are here.

This is what I have always believed music is for, at its deepest level. Not performance. Not content. Presence.

Tomorrow evening I will be playing live at Primal Moves Venice, Saturday March 28th from 6 to 11pm in Marina del Rey, and what I am really doing is something I think of as bridging. Bringing my Los Angeles family into the same room as the beautiful community that Primal Moves has built. Two worlds that perhaps have not yet fully met, finding each other through sound, through movement, through the simple and radical act of sharing an afternoon that dissolves into a night.

There is something I find quietly profound about this. Communities, like people, need to be kept relevant to each other. They need tending. They need the occasional reminder that the world is larger and more interesting than any single tribe can contain on its own. When a room fills with people from different corners of the same city, different chapters of the same life, something shifts. The conversation deepens. The connections that form are the ones that last.

I have spent years building a life around this belief, from the playa to living rooms to stages across the world. The value is never in the spectacle. The value is in what happens between people when the conditions are right and the music gives them permission to arrive fully.

Los Angeles is also, I should tell you, our stop before Bali, where some very special shows await. Ones I cannot wait to share with you next week.

But first, tomorrow. Come cozy. Come open.
